In 2022, the members and key customers of Becetel were invited to participate in a survey to express their needs and expectations. Therefore, we partnered with delaware who has a lot of expertise in this area.
One of the key take-aways of this survey was the need of the knowledge exchange on technical evolutions that we used to organize through our renowned symposia in the past.
As part of the solution we already organized a member event in 2023, furthermore we are still looking for a new format for the symposia.
Additionally we have decided to launch a newsletter which will be published twice a year. With these newsletters we want to keep our clients informed about evolutions in the field of testing, standardization and other activities and events of Becetel. As this newsletter is strongly linked to our website, an overhaul of our website was also needed. Go4Digital was the ideal partner to upgrade our website with a new, contemporary look while taken into account our current values and historical features.
In a first step, our key contacts were implemented in the distribution list of this newsletter. Entirely in accordance with GDPR regulations, people can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter. Interested people can subscribe using our website or by contacting us directly.
